The FastMaps application, including its source code, design elements, and underlying technology, is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. You are granted a license to use our service to create maps as outlined in these terms, but you are not granted a license to the application itself.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of the maps you create using FastMaps ("User-Generated Content"). You are free to use your created maps for any purpose, personal or commercial, without any charge or royalty to us. This includes, but is not limited to, using them in presentations, on websites, in print materials, or on social media.

Please note that all maps exported from our free service will contain a small watermark. This watermark may not be removed, hidden, or altered in any way.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and for ensuring it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Map Data

The geographic data used in our maps is sourced from third-party providers like Natural Earth and other open data projects. While this data is generally in the public domain or available under open licenses, you should verify the specific licensing terms of the underlying data if you have specific compliance needs.
